Shiitake Mushroom Ramen

  • Shiitake (fresh or dehydrated)

  • Ramen noodles

  • Broth (check out our mushroom broth, coming Summer 2024)

  • Fresh Garlic + Fresh Ginger (grated)

  • Fresh market veggies; consider julienned carrots, fresh baby bok choy, chopped kale,

  • Soft boiled egg

  • Chili oil or hot sauce

    Saute garlic + ginger in a pot, careful not to burn.

    Add fresh mushrooms, and cook until tender

    Add broth and bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add ramen noodles (cook to noodle directions) and dehydrated mushrooms.

    Remove from heat and serve into bowls

    Add chopped kale, cooked bok choy, grated carrots and/or cabbage.

    Top with soft boiled egg and/or chili oil
